Celebrating its 55th anniversary, Christian Service Mission (CSM) has served for over two generations, touching the lives of millions. Our journey is far from over, but is this all the Lord has planned for us?
For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading CSM, seeking God’s guidance daily through His Word. As we embark on our 16th year, I’m excited about the new direction He is leading us: building stronger relationships with churches to see Birmingham thrive.
2024 was a pivotal year for CSM, as we matured as an organization. The CSM Board, alongside our Junior Board, has been instrumental in guiding us towards this dream for the future.
Together with our dedicated staff, we’re laying the groundwork to mature our values and strategies to advance God’s kingdom here in Birmingham and beyond.
In 2025, we’re embracing a fresh vision: coaching churches in biblical principles and fostering unity. Starting the year with a 31-day devotional, we’ve engaged over 40 pastors and church members. Our training programs, involving 10 churches and 23 participants, have been incredibly rewarding.
As we build these relationships and develop future coaches, we ask for your prayers and support in embracing this new generation of ministry.
