First responders have stepped into their roles in our community, and now it is our time. We, the people of God, must take the lead to encourage and help people through this crisis. Pastors and spiritual leaders must speak as one voice of hope and care. Leaders must use their influence to mobilize resources and work together to see ourselves through this.

CSM’s responsibility is to prepare for the aftermath of these hard times for families. We seek to set a path to recovery with our partners to serve as many families as we can through food and other resources. If we collaborate, we will make it through. If we pray together, the Lord will guide us through these hard times. We have already ordered truckloads of products, and we are working to establish the best plans for the days ahead.

Caring for our communities and the people in need is at the heart of everything we do. As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our daily lives, we are making every effort to ensure the health and well-being of our partners and employees. God, we know that even though birds do not sow or reap or store away in barns, you feed them (Matthew 6:26). CSM is committed to doing all we can to serve the people of our communities in a compassionate and merciful way

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91:1-2

CSM is working hard to be prepared to serve. We have the ability to get food and resources to help families that are in need. We are working with our partners within their communities to collaborate our financial resources to gain buying power to order products that will aid in the road to survival and recovery.

We need your help in several areas. We will post times for volunteers to come in small groups and help us prepare these units of food and resources for families. We will use the collective buying power to get as much as we can handle to serve those in need through our partnerships and people who will walk together to care for those hurt hardest. We are dedicated to continuing to serve by connecting resources with needs.
